Deze klant heeft veel vrachtwagens rondrijden. Hoewel het plannen van de routes goed geoptimaliseerd is, wordt er veel tijd (en geld) verloren in de file. De klant raakte erg gefrustreerd dat zijn bedrijf, ondanks zijn routeplanningsysteem, met ernstig tijdverlies te maken heeft.
