Pourtant, malgré plusieurs millions investis dans les outils de veille économique, la technologie n’a pas délivré toutes ses promesses. Comme l’ont souligné Gartner et bien d’autres analystes, l’adoption des outils de Business Intelligence par les utilisateurs demeure faible. La Push Intelligence donne une nouvelle dimension à la Business Intelligence. Plutôt que de demander aux utilisateurs de parcourir les tableaux de bord à la recherche des changements qui les intéressent, la Push intelligence va les avertir de manière proactive des changements importants dans les indicateurs de performance clé (KPI) qui les intéressent.
